Check the box for each area you wish to Volunteer (before selecting please check out the Volunteer Time Table below):
Setup and Take down (This is setting up tables for registration, raffles, and other tickets)

  • Select a desired Shift: 1st. 2nd. (Please select a shift. If you want to work both, you can select both shifts.)

Arrival Coordinator (Mainly this is directing the golf staff and golfers to their carts)

  • Only when Golfers start to arrive at Registration. (1 Team of 2 people)

Hole Watchers (We require Adults at the Car Hole-In-One, Students can Volunteer for other Holes)

  • Select a desired Shift: 1st. 2nd. (Please select a shift. If you want to work both, you can select both shifts.)

Featured Hole-In-One (2 teams of 2-4 people) At least two adults required on each team.

Other Hole-In One, Get-on-the-Green 50/50, Closest-to-the-Pin (3 holes - 6 teams of 1-2 people)

Note: A total of 5 teams per shift (if you want to be on a particular hole please click the button beside the hole.
If no hole is selected we will place you where we need you)

Drink Cart Riders (This is optional if an Adult wishes to ride around and see everyone)

  • Select a desired Shift: 1st. 2nd. (Please select a shift. If you want to work both, you can select both shifts.)

Refreshment Stands (These is an Adult function only)

General Schedule
10:00am – 11:30 Setup (All that show-up)
11:30 – 1:00 Hospitality

6:00 – 7:30 Raffle Sales (3 people)
7:30 – 8:00 Clean up (Anyone left)

Course Schedule (30 - 35 volunteers needed)
11:30 – 1:00 Registration (volunteers at tables by 11:15)
11:30 – 1:00 Transport Golfers to Registration

1st Shift 1:00 – 3:30 2nd Shift 3:30 – 6:00

2 teams of 1-2 volunteers at each (can have more if the kids want to “hang-out”)

Drink Cart (max. 1 per cart)

1 volunteer per shift at
